·               Personally traveled to multiple data centers to install complete Lync/SfB builds including core hardware and networking for Miami, NYC, London and Singapore.

·               Sold controlling interest in legacy SMB business to industry focused private equity group.

·               Led European telephone carrier in designing and provisioning Microsoft Lync 2013 capabilities for internal use and external customer access in cooperation with Microsoft.

·               Personally implemented Microsoft Lync 2010 UAT platform in cooperation with Microsoft for 80,000+ employee healthcare firm in North America

·               Personally contracted by Microsoft to build various builds of Lync 2013 including Hosting Pack 2 for potential BPOS-D customers.

·               Worked directly with customers to design, implement and support internal hardware/software and/or data center hosting needs over the years. This included Citrix XenApp and Remote desktop users while hosting their 3rd party applications. Customer employee ranges were a few users to several thousand. There were 400 plus companies we worked with while at GeniSys. Some of these were government including a couple of 2000 plus user municipalities.

·               Personally installed and supported all versions of OCS, Lync, SfB 2015 and Clarity Connect for multiple dedicated customers that were either hosted or onsite. I also designed and installed the same for multi-tenant AD hosting, providing Enterprise Voice capabilities via SIP PSTN.

·               As an owner, manager, cloud architect, senior network engineer of the company and being directly held financially accountable for customer productivity over the years, there was a natural incentive, special focus and detail to learn by quickly retaining technical knowledge for a fast and successful response to keep customers maintained.

·               Retained knowledge to architect a new from scratch IT or hosting company to assist investment groups and startup companies.
